Hi there! I'm Jennel, a professional chef with over 25 years of culinary experience.
While my love for being in the kitchen remains, my journey has led me through a transformative shift. Inspired by meaningful conversations with clients and friends, as well as my own personal healing from a disordered relationship with food, I've redirected my focus. This evolution has not only allowed me to share culinary creations, but also to become a guide and accountability partner, empowering others to embrace a holistic approach to well-being.

I’m a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and Old Dominion University, where I earned a degree in Human Services. My ongoing volunteer work with eating disorders helps to keep me knowledgeable and reinforces my commitment to supporting mental and emotional well-being.
