Hi there! I'm Jennel, a professional chef with over 25 years of culinary experience.
While my love for being in the kitchen remains, I've gone thorough somewhat of a transformative shift. Inspired by meaningful conversations with clients and friends, as well as my own personal journey of healing from a disordered relationship with food, I've redirected my focus. This evolution has led me to not only share culinary creations, but also to serve as a guide and accountability partner, prioritizing a holistic approach to well-being.

As an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my culinary skills are complemented by a bachelor's degree in Human Services, introducing a nuanced aspect to my approach. Beyond the professional realm, I volunteer as a Crisis Text Line Counselor and co-lead an eating disorder support group, fostering a commitment to mental and emotional well-being.
